Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pack taco seasoning make sure it's low-carb
  • 4 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup onions diced
  • 1/4 cup olives sliced
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it's no longer pink.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
  • Add the cooked ground beef to the salad and toss to combine.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
