Low-Carb Taco Salad

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pack taco seasoning make sure it's low-carb
- 4 cup lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/2 cup onions diced
- 1/4 cup olives sliced
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it's no longer pink.
Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
Add the cooked ground beef to the salad and toss to combine.
Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
