Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed and finely chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and mash the avocados until they reach your desired consistency.
  • Stir in the onion, cilantro, and jalapeno.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately with keto-friendly chips or as a topping for your favorite Mexican dish.
